My Focus & Training...
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific 
University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior also from SPU. I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
I have been trained to counsel individuals, couples and families treating many disorders and life struggles with a focus on and continuing education in:

I have received advanced training in Lifespan Integration, and I am an Attachement-Based, Experiential therapist. This last bit means I focus on the attachment (relational) needs and injuries of my clients, and I hone in on their emotions and current experience of themselves and of their relationships. I utilize several therapeutic modalities depending on the client’s needs, such as: Attachment Theory, Experiential, Lifespan Integration, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cloud-Townsend Growth Model, Yerkovich's How We Love attachment and couples work, Gottman's work, and Internal Family Systems.
